The Association of Youth Capacities Development is a local, non-governmental, non-profit organization, recently created by young people, students and recent graduates in Ouargla. We aim to open new horizons for Youth of our region, develop their skills, let them explore their potential, encourage them to take their role in the society and gain experiences through the exchange on the national and even the international level.
