Tech Aid for Rural Development (TARD) is a registered Non-profit organization that seeks to advance development at the rural level through digital literacy, software and hardware skills and general knowledge in ICT for job creation, problem solving, and personal development. Our program seeks to educate, empower the youth and to encourage women participations in the tech industry.
