Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiative (SI4DEV) is a youth-led, youth-focused non-governmental organization based in Nigeria. We empower grassroots volunteers who are working to effect positive social change in their neighborhood. SI4DEV believes that civic and community leadership at the grassroots level is the foundation of positive social transformation. We bring individuals and groups together and provide them with practical skills to help their communities achieve strong governance, improved health, great education, and economic development.SI4DEV mission is to train and upskill change makers on how to successfully implement community driven projects, how to effectively access resources to be able to deliver a better quality of life for local communities and how to contribute to sustainable national growth and development. SI4DEV's primary efforts revolve around entrepreneurship, education, governance, and health. SI4DEV has used its collaboration with community influencers and change makers over the years to execute initiatives that address the needs of vulnerable and marginalized people, women, girls, and People Living with Disabilities (PLWDs).
