SADERA’s VISION: To have a POVERTY FREE COMMUNITY in Tanzania. SADERA’s MISSION: To provide services which will contribute to economic and social developments, environmental conservation measures, appropriate utilization and conservation of natural resources. And give relief to vulnerable groups in the society. SADERA’s GOALS: The goals of SADERA are to support the Government effort and collaborate with Non-Government Organizations whose objective are direct to Social and Community Services, and Human Rights in pursuit to its objective in respect to improved Socio-Economic status of people in Tanzania. SADERA’s OBJECTIVES: (i) To encourage, to stimulate, to facilitate and to promote individual and local communities’ initiatives and efforts towards self-reliance in particular for community’s vulnerable and needy groups. (ii) To find solutions to the problems of orphans, street children, child abuse Youth unemployment child labor, use of illicit drugs, people living with HIV/AIDS and discrimination on community participatory based approach. (iii) To facilitate training programs for local leaders, leaders of community-based Organization and public at large on civic Education as well as Civic Rights (iv) To create community awareness and to take measures on the burning issues of land use and environmental conservation, campaign against HIV/AIDS, Health affairs, Formal and Non-formal Education problems, as well as water, sanitation and Hygiene and Climate change & environmental Conservation. (v) To deal with Agricultural and livestock development and other economic activities so as to enhance productivity.
