Enquopa Chartity Organization (ECO)

Enquopa Charity Organization (ECO) is a board-led, civil society established by volunteers including YALI RLC Ethiopian alumni. It was registered by ACSO with a registration number of 5592. ECO Works to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable and marginalized children, youths, women and adults. It has operational presence and has been implementing programs with high impacts and achieved successes in program locations of Addis Ababa, Harari, Somali and Oromia regions.

Though ECO works in different thematic areas as a learning organization these are its area of competencies: youth volunteerism; gender transformation; youth engagement and empowerment ( youth leadership, drug addiction, decent work) ; resilient livelihood; Community based rehabilitation (empowerment and reintegration of street youths, physical disability, mentally ill people); promotion of volunteerism; environmental protection ( solid waste management, green area development, afforestation, green area development -city park) ) ; education ( reading culture development, school feeding and O class renovation ).
