About This Opportunity
✓ AGYLE 2026 is aimed at young leaders and entrepreneurs who develop innovative solutions in key GreenTech fields , including renewable energies , climate and agritech , water and resource management , and sustainable mobility . The program seeks individuals who combine environmental impact with economic scalability and social value creation and are active in African and European markets.
✓ AGYLE 2026 brings together young leaders and entrepreneurs from Africa and Europe who understand technological innovation as a lever for sustainable transformation. The program creates space for exchange, collaborative learning, and strategic development – with the aim of rethinking responsible growth and fair value creation.

Requirements
✓ You are a manager and no older than 40 .
✓ You have at least 3 years of management experience or have founded your own company .
✓ You come from Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Austria, Rwanda, Senegal or Tunisia – or have been working there for at least 5 years.
✓ You are committed to a sustainable future .
✓ You are interested in becoming part of the AGYLE alumni network and actively contributing .
✓ You have at least 3 years of management experience or have founded your own company .
✓ You come from Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Austria, Rwanda, Senegal or Tunisia – or have been working there for at least 5 years.
✓ You are committed to a sustainable future .
✓ You are interested in becoming part of the AGYLE alumni network and actively contributing .
